COUNTRY LOFT
The Country Loft is a carefully renovated former granary, designed for up to four guests, ideal for couples or small families. Recently restored, it blends contemporary furnishings with the character of traditional Umbrian architecture.
Inside, the loft features a bright, open-plan living area with a kitchenette, a comfortable seating area with a sofa and a charming fireplace. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi and a modern shower with chromotherapy. A second twin double bedroom also has an adjoining bathroom.
Outside, a private garden offers a gazebo, table, chairs, and a barbecue, perfect for outdoor dining or relaxation.
Guests enjoy all essential comforts, including a coffee machine, Wi-Fi, a large flat-screen TV, air conditioning. They also have access to shared outdoor spaces, including a communal laundry area and during the summer months, a large swimming pool.

Casa di Scoccia
The Casa di Scoccia is a historic farmhouse dating back to the 16th century, ideal for families or groups of friends, accommodating up to nine guests. Restored in a traditional style, it retains its rustic charm while offering large comfortable living spaces.
On the ground floor, the farmhouse features a spacious living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a small guest bathroom.
The first floor has a cozy living space with a fireplace and dining table. Sleeping accommodation includes two double bedrooms, two master bedrooms, a single bedroom, and two bathrooms with either a bathtub or shower.
Outside, a large and well-tended garden surrounds the farmhouse, with a private dining area complete with gazebo and barbecue, where guests can enjoy leisurely meals.
Guests can enjoy all essential comforts, including a coffee machine, Wi-Fi, TV, and access to a shared laundry. During the summer months, they can also make use of a large shared swimming pool.

The Casa di Puppola is a comfortable apartment for up to five guests, located on the first floor of a carefully restored farmhouse annex. Original wooden beams and traditional terracotta floors have been preserved, reflecting the charm and character of Umbrian country life.
